A 5 inch x 7 inch hand painted (print) Christmas card depicting St. Pauls Catholic Church. This church is Located at 2719 Fulford-Ganges Rd and is Salt Spring Island’s oldest churches. The picturesque building was built in 1873 and features an exterior of coloured stonework. Its bell, front doors, and windows were brought by canoe from Cowichan Bay. Construction was heavily supported by the Hawaiian (Kanaka) Catholic community. If you are arriving by way of BC Ferries’ Fulford Harbour terminal, you will likely drive right past it. All cards are professionally printed on heavy card stock and are blank on the inside - envelope.
